Monica Milligan is the proud owner of Diva Designs by Monica Hair and Makeup Studio. The beauty expert has been in the industry for over 25 years. She is a certified PhD level executive educator with Farouk Systems Inc.,, maker of Chi and Biosilk products.
In 2012 she obtainer her certification a s hair practitioner in technology (study of hair and scalp). Monica has proudly worked with Mac cosmetics as a freelance makeup artist for 15 years and has worked in Film, TV and Print as well as Major Hair Shows as the lead makeup artist.
